Len Schiro was happy to attend the swearing in ceremony for newly promoted Sergeant Gregory Albert! We had the pleasure of representing Greg in a discrimination case based on his Union activity on behalf of PBA Local 287, where a jury of his peers awarded him back pay, front pay and emotional suffering for their failure to promote him to Sergeant. We salute Greg’s fortitude in helping his fellow police officers in collective negotiations, and even more so having the personal courage to stand up to the Department on his own!
